Scope of Position:

This role reports to the director of management and execution on the SVP and GM’s staff and supports work across the Life Sciences MAP. The role will facilitate pro-active and effective communications and partnership between leadership of the MAP, business leaders within the MAP and corporate leaders. The role will ensure effective meeting preparation and content development, develop and maintain rigorous communication protocols and will also support key strategic growth initiatives across Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Technologies.



• Lead the SVP and GM office of effectiveness by partnering closely with the SVP & GM, director of management and execution, director of leadership and strategy and the SVP’s executive admin.

• Partner across the SVP’s staff to accelerate growth opportunities for the Life Sciences MAP where cross-functional and cross-divisional leadership and coordination is required.

• Work directly with the SVP & GM on key internal and external presentations.

• Drive focus and results on critical division priorities across the MAP.

• Bring order to the MAP by working closely with the MAP and division GM’s regarding meeting preparation, key deliverables and effective coordination across businesses. • Bridge communication across the MAP and drive organizational effectiveness

• Be the primary liaison with corporate leadership to report MAP progress against objectives and support executive communications.

• Manage content requests from the corporation regarding operating plan performance.

• Manage material and communications for external engagements / customer visits.
