•Support Digital and IT Strategy Communications, with a focus on execution of strategic communications, writing, and visual presentation of information

• Support development and implementation of clear, concise, and consistent content to explain objectives and initiatives around the digital and IT strategies

• Support creative storytelling methods to build awareness and excitement for Information Technology and digital transformation initiatives

• Support the visual design of materials (PowerPoints, infographics, etc.) for senior vice president and chief digital and information officer (CDIO), and CDIO staff as capacity allows

• Co-manage the internal Corning digital and IT communications tools/platforms and increase engagement / viewership

• Co-develop and lead communications planning and strategy for chief information security officer, and implement and execute effective, consistent content to explain and build awareness around the Digital and Information Security teams’ scope and key initiatives

• Co-develop and facilitate in-person and virtual events for IT teams and Corning enterprise audiences

• Ensure communications follow corporate brand guidelines, across all channels

• Provide change management communications support for digital and IT, as needed

• Drive a data and analytics strategy for all communications and build regular reports


Travel Less than 5%


Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or another related field required. Minimum three-five years of communications experience, preferably in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, or communications-related field.
