Scope of the Position: 

To provide support to Executive and EMEA / Americas compensation

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support executive compensation processes – Directors Compensation, Executive Annual Salary Review, Executive Personal Incentive Pay, Executive Statements, Executive offers, etc.
  • Provide ongoing technical and analytical support to executive compensation area – Board meeting preparation, technical regulations, proxy and 10K planning and support, etc.
  • Manage executive salary survey (participate and analyze data) and day-to-day support of offers
  • Work with data steward and payroll to ensure data accuracy and accurate transactions and attentive support to all compensation managers
  • Provide on-boarding and off-boarding support for executives and officers
  • Support EMEA/Americas compensation and benefit teams and HR Business Unit organization with annual pay cycles, special pay and offer reviews, and/or projects

 

Minimum Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
    • Focus on Human Resources Management, mathematics or Industrial/Labor relations preferred.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong human resource management, financial acumen and analytical skills a must. 
  • High energy and high level of efficiency; ability to synthesize large data sets or complex issues into trends, and explain things in basic terms. 
  • Must be a power Excel user and should have basic knowledge of other data analytical tools such as Power BI. 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in compensation and/or benefits 
  • Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting rules around compensation, equity plans, etc.
  • Basic understanding of compensation and benefits legislative environment

 

Location and Travel Requirements:

  • Corning, NY Headquarters - this is not a remote position
  • minimal travel required
