Role Purpose

Results-driven role responsible for the strategic planning, operations management, and leadership of the Corporate Services' Customer Service team. Responsibilities encompass leading daily operations, supervising staff, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. This role will collaborate directly with leadership, internal staff groups, Workplace Services partners, customers, and suppliers to support the achievement of their goals. As a member of the Corporate Services leadership team, this individual will execute and achieve goals and objectives defined in the organization’s annual operating plan, and lead assigned strategic initiatives. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performance Customer Service team. Define and execute team strategies, annual objectives, metrics, and operations. Play an active role as member of Corporate Services leadership team. 

  • Manage the strategic path of the team to offer quality services, promote customer satisfaction, and sustain service continuity. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute departmental change and optimization initiatives. 

  • Leverage department technology platforms, such as EMS room scheduling tool, MAXIMO workorder system, SharePoint and PowerBI for departmental operations and data-driven decision making.  

  • Develop and manage relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and peers. Partner with internal, external, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services. 

  • Promote continuous improvement by optimizing operational policies, procedures and implementing enhancements. 

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years supervisory experience
  • 3+ years strategic planning and leadership experience
  • 3+ years customer focused experience with executives, partner groups/suppliers, and building occupants, preferred

Work/Travel Requirements

  • Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. However, availability extends beyond these times for customer service project and/or technology systems-related administration, project implementation, system upgrades and resolution management, when required.
  • Role located in Corning, NY, hybrid schedule negotiable.

The range for this position is $83,563.00 - $114,900.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
