Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Engineer to join our systems management team. The ideal candidate will be high-energy, quality and customer focused. We are looking for a leader who will continue to grow and help enhance the quality, capabilities, and processes within our WPS facility engineering and capital group. They will help lead facility conditions assessments, maintain facility drawings, documentation and standards that align with our division goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate various WPS facility condition assessment inspections working with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Help develop, maintain, and govern a facility information system for our division’s documentation, drawings, and standards.
  • 5S legacy storage locations and compile to a centralized location that this organized and easily accessed by our division personnel.
  • Track and maintain information about corrective and preventative maintenance related to facility cond.

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree
  • Degree in technical or related field preferred
  • 3+ plus years of experience with facility infrastructure experience
  • AutoCAD and facility drawing experience.
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Working knowledge of MAXIMO.

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of management.
  • Experience working with and directing contractors, from the scope definition through project    completion.
  • Project leadership experience
  • Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Must be results oriented, self-starter, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Understanding of industry standards and regulations

The range for this position is $80,168.00 - $110,231.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
