Overview
The purpose of the Finance Rotational Program (FRP) is to cultivate a robust pipeline to sustain succession plans in support of a world class Finance organization. The FRP is a multi year program consisting of rotational assignments within the Finance function across manufacturing, division, and corporate. The rotations are aimed at providing participants with the opportunity to learn and experience a variety of Finance roles and position them for future leadership roles in Corning’s Finance organization. Participants can expect a broad range of experiences and gain competencies as well as an opportunity to make a real contribution to the organization.

Position Qualifications
General Requirements:
- Mobility within the U.S. for annual rotation, and for end role
- 2-3 year commitment to the rotational program
Required Years and Area of Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in external audit, financial accounting, or financial experience in a manufacturing environment
- Big 4 Experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Economics, and/or Finance or equivalent
- Master’s degree in related area preferred
- Certifications desirable (e.g. CPA, CMA, CFA, etc.)
- Six Sigma Green belt/Black belt certification – a plus
Technical Skills:
- Data analytics software experience (ACL, IDEA, etc.) desired
- PeopleSoft and/or SAP experience desired
- Cost accounting/manufacturing experience desired
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint required
- Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge required

The range for this position is $63,863.00 - $87,812.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
