This role owns the ASPS platform today, drives adoption, scaling, and application in partnership with HR business partners, managers, and commercial leaders, and helps shape the next phase of sales capability development beyond the platform.

  • Work with HR business partners to identify users, track progress, drive adoption, and collect feedback on ASPS platform.
  • Collaborate with managers of employees in the ASPS platform to ensure managers are partnering in employee development, monitoring progress on the ASPS platform, and employee learning is applied on the job.
  • Communicate program updates, success stories, and impact metrics to senior stakeholders.
