What you'll do

  • Turn business priorities into clear HR plans and organizational designs for new ventures and innovation squads
  • Coach leaders and managers to build agile, high-performing teams
  • Attract and hire talent across digital, data science, R&D, and new product development; build a long-term pipeline
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on sourcing strategies and employer branding
  • Design learning, rotations, succession, and leadership programs to grow capabilities
  • Champion a culture of creativity, collaboration, smart risk-taking, continuous learning, and DEIB
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives that reflect EIG’s entrepreneurial spirit
  • Manage HR operations and employee relations with confidentiality and compliance
  • Use HR metrics and insights to guide decisions

What you bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred
    • 8+ years of progressive HR experience in innovation-driven, high-growth, or matrixed environments
    • Experience supporting R&D, innovation labs, digital teams, or emerging capability groups; M&A a plus
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to business goals
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
    • Comfort with ambiguity and change; trusted partner across diverse teams

The range for this position is $146,264.00 - $201,113.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
