Role Purpose
Develops and executes product lines focused on sustainability, including green hydrogen and clean energy technologies. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and commercialize impactful product lines that support Corning’s growth and environmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams (Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales) to define and execute product line strategies.
- Develop market value propositions and pricing strategies for energy materials.
- Identify and manage critical projects focused on materials and processes supporting clean energy & green hydrogen production.
- Address product performance, quality, and customer needs.
- Create intellectual property and standards strategies for these product lines.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape in clean energy sectors.
- Collaborate with Program Management and Commercial Technology to design and execute strategy.
- Optimize product portfolio through segmentation and rationalization.
- Coordinate with Forecasting, Sales, and Manufacturing to ensure efficient inventory and supply chain management.
- Evaluate new product requests with business cases and financial viability.
- Determine pricing strategy to ensure value capture and margin improvement.
- Oversee product obsolescence with strategies to maximize value and minimize waste.
Experiences/Education - Required
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Line Management or commercial roles.
- Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience.
- Commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
Experiences/Education - Desired
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Experience managing teams.
- Financial analysis and accounting skills.
- Strategic planning experience.
- International and multicultural project experience.
- Passion for sustainability and clean energy innovation.

The range for this position is $123,642.00 - $170,009.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
