Role Purpose:

The Integrated Planning Manager is responsible for all planning related activities across the Division, covering the full 0-24 month planning horizon.  This role owns (or co-owns) the SIOP execution for the Division, sets the strategic direction for integrated planning, and leads a team of Product Line Planning Leaders to deliver integrated, business-aligned plans spanning Procurement, Logistics, Customer, manufacturing sites, product lines, and markets. This role ensures supply chain planning is seamlessly integrated with demand, finance, procurement, logistics, and operations to enable service reliability, optimized costs, and working capital efficiency. As a key architect of transformation, you will drive the maturity and performance of the planning organization and shape best-in-class planning capabilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Integrated Planning Execution:

  • Own all integrated planning activities across the division, including short-term (0–3 month) execution alignment and mid-term (4-24month) planning.
  • Orchestrate alignment of demand, supply, capacity, and inventory planning across product lines, regions, and global functions.
  • Set strategic direction for planning in alignment with divisional goals and enterprise initiatives.

 

SIOP and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead or co-lead the division-level SIOP process, ensuring the alignment of supply plans to demand forecasts, financial targets, and strategic priorities.
  • Serve as the primary planning interface with leadership within the division and corporate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Product Line leadership to enable business continuity, scenario planning, and growth.

 

Performance & Team Leadership

  • Accountable for Divisional performance against key planning metrics, including customer service, inventory, capacity utilization, schedule adherence (MPS), and forecast accuracy.
  • Deliver integrated plans that balance cost, service, and cash objectives—supporting operational efficiency and financial results.
  • Lead continuous improvement of integrated planning processes and outcomes.
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing planning team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

 

Planning Process Standardization:

  • Ensure adoption of division and global standards, integrated planning policies, and best practices across the integrated planning function.
  • Partner with the Integrated Planning Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure division needs are represented in global process design and tool selection.
    • Define and deploy process improvements, advanced planning tools (APS), and data governance.
    • Benchmark planning capabilities and design internal roadmaps toward best-in-class performance.
  • Champion end-to-end integration of ERP and APS platforms (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis) for scalable, reliable planning execution.
  • Serve as the change leader for planning transformation—driving digital enablement, talent development, and operational maturity.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of supply chain experience, with extensive leadership in integrated planning across large-scale, global, or multi-site organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-impact planning organizations and transformational change programs.
  • Deep expertise in integrated planning (demand, supply, capacity, inventory) and the full SIOP process.
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP (e.g., SAP) and APS tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP).
  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational influence.
  • Strong analytical thinking, systems orientation, and scenario modeling capability.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams and leading across matrixed organizations.

 

Work Location: 

The position can be remote with up to 25% travel (to interface with business leaders in Corning, NY), or a hybrid option.

The range for this position is $154,680.00 - $212,685.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
