Role Purpose
Corning Environmental Technologies (CET) is seeking an Integrated Planning Strategy and Systems Lead to drive the strategy, governance, and execution of integrated planning capabilities across SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SAP S/4, reporting tools, and manufacturing planning interfaces. This is a high-impact role for a systems-oriented supply chain professional who translates business priorities into scalable planning processes and delivers reliable, data-driven insights that support leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead integrated planning strategy across SAP IBP, SAP S/4, reporting tools, and manufacturing planning interfaces, including governance of planning master data, key figures, forecast logic, capacity rates, and controlled planning assumptions
- Lead root-cause troubleshooting and resolution for system and data integration issues affecting demand, inventory, supply, capacity, or projected utilization across planning platforms
- Partner with Supply Chain, manufacturing, IT, finance, customer service, and global planning teams to validate system fixes, communicate planning impacts, and drive cross-functional issue resolution
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, planning scorecards, and reporting cadences that translate complex planning data into actionable operational and leadership insights
- Build and prioritize an automation and digitalization roadmap; develop process documentation, standard work, and training materials for IBP and related planning tools
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics
- Demonstrated understanding of supply planning, manufacturing planning, inventory planning, master data, and ERP/MRP concepts
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex data, process, and system integration issues through structured root-cause analysis
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including large dataset management, validation files, lookups, and planning models
- Power BI expertise, including the ability to design, build, and maintain dashboards, data models, measures, and reporting views
- Demonstrated project management experience, including scope definition, stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, and risk escalation across cross-functional planning or systems initiatives
Desired Education & Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial supply chain planning environment
- Experience with SAP IBP, SAP S/4, Llamasoft, or related planning and integration tools
- Experience developing process documentation, user guides, training materials, dashboards, or planning governance routines
- Experience supporting SAP deployment, system stabilization, automation, or process transformation projects

The range for this position is $74,072.00 - $101,849.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
