Scope of Position:  

  • In this role, you are responsible for leading the administration of Process Engineering leadership and skills training programs with great focus on ensuring efficient transfer of learning and crafting learning solutions that fit and are scalable, accessible and effective.
  • You will ensure the successful delivery of global learning programs/coaching by providing extraordinary client service and teaming effectively across various functional groups. You will support the delivery, registration, travel, and may include instructor sourcing/vendors etc.

Travel Requirements:

  • Flexibility is required as we may travel up to 50% both internationally and domestic. The average travel is closer to 30%.

Required Education and Years of Experience:

  • We require a Bachelor’s degree as well as 10+ years’ experience in the field of corporate learning.

Core Skillset and Background Requirements:

  • Experienced in transfer of learning using the Kirkpatrick method and experience in measuring the impact of learning via return on investment.
  • Ability to use tools to uncover root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Proficient in basic information technology tools including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Client service mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong presence and communication skills
  • Self-sufficient with strong initiative and willingness to learn
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Google platforms, and cloud based tools Experience in a professional services firm or equivalent
  • Preferred experience relevant to specific to role

Desired Skills:

  • Project management skills.

Knowledge Preferred:

  • Leveraging technology to support on demand and live, instructor-led training
  • Learning management system functionality to enhance the learner experience
  • Establishing effective networks and supervise onsite resources to accomplish implementation of L&D programs

Skills Preferred:

  • Maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues
  • Ability to use basic-level project management skills to plan and support the implementation of programs nationally, within a market, and/or in a virtual environment
  • Handle multiple priorities while taking initiative including troubleshooting and problem solving on a real-time basis and advancing as appropriate
  • Learning to use databases and other tools used to handle the scheduling and delivery of courses in the markets
  • Demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively work with clients and other team members.
  • Bringing customer service and a quality focus to the delivery of learning solutions to enhance the learner experience
