What you will do

Responsible for financial, legal, and administrative leasing activity of the Global Real Estate Department.

 

  • Ensure all lease documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements, and related documents.
  • Maintain and update lease records, oversee critical payments, accuracy of funding request and reporting from the database.
  • Measure KPIs of third-party lease admin team.
  • Review estoppels for accuracy upon request from landlords.
  • Manage translation and abstraction of leases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in production and negotiation of leases and lease-related documents.
  • Supervise internal Lease Administrators and external third-party teams.
  • Assure absolute accuracy of the entire global portfolio of properties.
  • Oversee review and coordination of estoppels and subordinations.
  • Review and approve TRIRIGA data entry and processes internally and with third party.
  • Coordinate with transaction team on the closing of transactions, getting abstracts completed and payments set up.
  • Assist with cross-training of Lease Administrators and Lease Accounting third party teams.
  • Ability to work with Global Supply Management (GSM) on critical POs for the department.
  • Build strong working relationships with Accounting Compliance and Report (ACR), Finance, GSM and other Global Real Estate team members.

Experiences/Education - Required

  • 7+ years’ experience in commercial real estate, lease-related legal issues, and business organizations.
  • Must have supervisory experience and managing internal teams and outsourced service provider teams.
  • Strong negotiating, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead without authority and build strong working relationships with multiple hierarchy levels, including peers and higher levels of leadership.

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Paralegal a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of the corporate and commercial real estate industry.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Large corporate organization experience is a plus.
  • Team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and goals.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Experience with TRIRIGA, Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

The range for this position is  $110,691.00   -  $152,201.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
