What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Impact: Spearhead strategic manufacturing programs that drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence—directly shaping the future of our division.
- Champion Transformation: Take full ownership of our capital portfolio, aligning every project to the big picture. You’ll analyze, prioritize, and communicate with clarity, ensuring projects meet strategic and financial goals.
- Inspire Teams: Coach, mentor, and energize project teams to surpass expectations. Foster cross-functional collaboration and be the go-to guide through complex decisions and changing priorities.
- Drive Excellence: Continuously improve the way we work—refining processes, templates, and tools in partnership with Finance and our Capital Center of Excellence.
- Be the Voice of Progress: Deliver executive-level presentations and communications that spark action and align stakeholders. Make complex data simple, actionable, and inspiring.
- Model Emotional Intelligence: Approach every challenge with empathy, adaptability, and a focus on building trust and driving results through people.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s/MBA a plus)
- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, engineering, or program management, leading cross-functional and multi-site initiatives
- Proven ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships at all levels
- Mastery in capital governance, financial analysis, and portfolio management
- Experience with Planview, CART, SAP, and capital forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and a passion for telling the story behind the numbers
- A reputation for synthesizing big data into clear action—and energizing others to deliver results
- <25% domestic and international travel

The range for this position is $151,246.00 - $207,964.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
