What You’ll Do:
- Be a Value Visionary: Identify opportunities to utilize MES/SAP measurable data to drive improvements that enable business wins. You’ll spot operational opportunities others miss, build compelling business cases, and rally leaders around game-changing ideas.
- Inspire Action, Not Just Analysis: You’ll engage plant leaders, motivate teams, and ensure everyone is aligned, excited, and delivering on big goals—without direct authority, but with tons of presence.
- Track Success—And Celebrate It: Develop and drive tools that make it easy to see progress, share wins, and recognize the people making it happen.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Gather insights, listen to feedback, and prioritize enhancements that make life better on the shop floor and in the boardroom.
- Build Bridges: Partner with Digital Transformation teams and plant leaders to ensure solutions aren’t just technical, they’re practical, people-friendly, and adopted with enthusiasm.
What Sets You Apart:
- You’re a natural influencer and connector, able to move people to action—even across functions and geographies.
- You bring at least 7 years in manufacturing operations, engineering, or production leadership, and you love linking digital solutions to real business results.
- You are adept at identifying opportunities to utilize MES/SAP measurable data to drive improvements that enable business wins. You’ll spot operational opportunities others miss, build compelling business cases, and rally leaders around game-changing ideas.
- You’re a data storyteller: You translate Power BI, Excel, and operational dashboards into insights that drive action.
- You model high emotional intelligence—listening deeply, adapting your style, and building trust wherever you go.
- You thrive in environments where you lead through influence, not just authority.

- Compelling business cases that get buy-in up, down, and across the organization
- Monthly impact dashboards and value realization stories that energize teams
- Prioritized enhancement roadmaps—built on real feedback and business need
- Performance tracking and reporting that celebrates success and drives accountability

The range for this position is $151,246.00 - $207,964.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
