Opportunity for highly motivated candidate to join the Benefits team and support benefit program processes and vendor management, including but not limited to benefit administration, health, absence and other benefit programs. Candidate will be key team member in execution of strategic initiatives.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Key partner on record keeper vendor management, including transition project team supporting total benefit programs
  • Administration and maintenance of benefits programs, policies, and procedures
  • Promote culture of process discipline and change management
  • Work with team members to solve difficult technical and operational related problems
  • Work cross functionally to develop process improvement

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Experience with Corporate Benefit administration, health and welfare benefit plan management and vendor management
  • Experience working on cross functional teams

 

Required Skills:

  • Benefit vendor management and compliance knowledge
  • Independent self-starter, taking initiative to resolve issues and find opportunities for improvements
  • Strong analytical skills working with large data sets and have an affinity for rigor; able to distill data to a key insight
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Project management, including strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work within matrixed team structure across multiple functions and cultures
  • Aptitude towards understanding customer needs (internal or external) and translating into customer requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/priorities
