The Change Management Analyst will utilize change management methodology and various tools to support change management through ERP transformation projects. This role will assess change impact, drive necessary remediation plans, and be ultimately responsible for the change readiness of the SC organizations implementing new ERP systems. This role will support the design, development, delivery and management of communications related to ERP initiatives and projects. This role maintains responsibility for change management, including training, deployment leadership, and may include external vendors/customers engaged with change management activities.


  Position Scope (Day-to-day responsibilities):

• Apply change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes for ERP transformation in the supply chain areas

• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications

• Conduct stakeholder assessment, change impact analyses, and assess change readiness

• Provide input, document requirements and generate the design and delivery of training programs

• Assist with identification and analysis for potential risks • Identify and manage anticipated resistance

• Interact with project teams and provide coordination when needed

• Coach managers and supervisors

• Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities

• Integrate change management activities into project plan

• Evaluate and ensure SC user readiness

• Communicate with SC stakeholders and manage expectations and concerns

• Track and report issues • Measure success metrics and monitor change progress

• Support supply chain change management for the ERP transformation projects

• Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.

• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.

• Demonstrated record of customer focus and understanding of customer and organization needs.

• Experience with organizational change efforts.

• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.

• Experience in ERP & other manufacturing system deployments.

• Experience leading teams, particularly in a matrix or project-style environment.

• Change management certification or designation (e.g. ACMP, Prosci).

• Experience communicating at different levels of the organization (including communicating complex data requirements and system capabilities)

• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

• Ability to balance technical depth with excellent communication skills

 Education & Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related degree.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a service or manufacturing organization.
