Scope of Position:

 

Scope of Position:

 

Support ERP transformation program management strategy planning, program management office execution and follow-ups, and cross-functional program alignment.

 

Coordinate with IT solution architect, factory team, GOT change management lead, business power users and value stream lead, and other related function leads to facilitate ERP transformation deployment and lead the work stream from project initiation through completion. Focus on delivering standard platform capability to business users. Ensure business adoption to comply with the new ERP platform.

 

Ensure high quality platform solution is being deployed through design, build, test, and validation. As well as the data migration and knowledge transfer to the business users.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with IT solution architect and Business counterpart as liaison to manage the project deliverables.
  • Manage cross-stream communication to identify potential risks. Complete the risk management assessment report to escalate and obtain support from the program management office.
  • Lead any Process, Security, Data, and Reporting requirement session. And manage each work stream to plan and conduct testing, training, data migration and cut-over activity. Work with the Change Management Team to properly address any concern and execute necessary protocol to mitigate risk impacts.
  • Lead the project early engagement phase and business readiness phase to promote global template while collecting business requirements. Identify potential gaps to be reviewed by the standardization board evaluation based on the global template guidance.

 

Travel Requirements:

  •  25% or less internationally / domestically.

 

Required Education:

  • Master’s degrees with business management, industrial engineering, computer science with proper program management training/certifications.

 

Required Years and Area of Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of SAP Order to Cash functional, design, or business consultant end-to-end experience to work in large-scale project and dynamic environment to lead and deliver global template solution.
  • Desire 10 years of SAP functional or business consultant experience to manage large-scale project. Lead the Order to Cash stream/module end-to-end project deployment and deliver global template solution.
  • 5 years or above in business, supply chain, functional experience and/or business transformation experience and/or SAP business/functional consultant experience.

 

Required Skills:

  • Hard skills on SAP functional knowledge. Configuration, data migration, process design and mapping.
  • Soft skills on project communication, schedule and scope management, and change/risk management.
  • Cross-functional communication experience.
  • MS PowerPoint presentation experience.
  • Planview / Microsoft Projects or similar project management tools experience.

The range for this position is $109,662.00 - $150,786.00.  Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
