Scope of Position:

In this role, you will develop product roadmaps for future products (non-vial), such as cartridges, syringes, extra-large vials, and other product attributes. Activities may include: Prioritize and manage future product portfolio from a commercial perspective.  Interact with customers to collect feedback to help define product development.  Conduct market and competitive analyses to define landscape.  Work cross-functionally, in particular with Commercial Technology Group (applications engineering, product engineering), to define product attributes.  Define value propositions, both qualitative and quantitative.


We look for you to collaborate with development or manufacturing team to execute, such as develop product samples for customers, at appropriate times.  You will assist Strategic Program Manager in executing all other Division strategic initiatives, such as Deep Dive, Program Reviews, and other projects.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to meet deliverables and objectives
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and drive to insights
  • Interact with customers to gather data, build business models, and develop business cases to demonstrate product value proposition
  • Prepare and present presentations to both external customers and internal senior management
  • Develop and execute on strategic project plans
  • Lead content development and messaging for interactions with key customers, stakeholders, and partners


Travel Requirements:

  • Limited travel in the U.S., may require international


Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time:

  • Full time, standard business hours, Monday - Friday


Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree.


Required Years and Area of Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of management consulting experience or strategy experience in a global company.


Required Skills:

  • Deep analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Creative problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Ability to execute, but also maintain a strong strategic lens.
  • Strong attention to detail and drive for results.
  • Business understanding of metrics, budgets, and strategy aligned with business objectives.


Desired Experience / Qualifications / Skills:

  • MBA preferred.
  • Technical undergraduate major preferred.
  • Innovation, customer value proposition, and pricing experience preferred.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Highly self-motivated, pro-active, and can operate autonomously.
  • Comfortable expressing a strong point of view and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Highly collaborative and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
