Role Purpose
The Program Manager/PEx Champion is a key leadership role within the Programs & Compliance Team, responsible for overseeing the quality and performance excellence program and other security related programs as assigned. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive experience in quality and performance excellence, along with a proven ability to foster effective communication and collaboration among division team members
Key Responsibilities
- Direct CGS Quality and Performance Excellence (PEx) program initiatives to enable efficiencies of Global Security operations.
- Manage, plan, and design ongoing PEx strategy, training and skills development.
- Manage, compile, and communicate the metrics for all PEx related CGS strategic goals which includes but is not limited to the GoalSharing process.
- Oversee the teaching and facilitation of PEx tool applications.
- Represent Global Security at PEx Council meetings and during Corporate Quality Business Review sessions; in addition to QiA related preparation.
- Change Management support, development and execution.
- Support CGS strategic planning initiatives to include but not limited to:
- Coordinate the annual strategic planning process in collaboration with Manager, Program and Compliance, and the leadership team.
- Update cycle of strategy documents (e.g. Annual One Pager, Division 7S Whitepaper, CFR) and manage execute GoalSharing process
- Deliver project management support for cross-functional Annual Operating Plan (AOP) initiatives and division-level strategic projects.
- Support information and data management strategy aligned with document management architecture, Ops Global Site Information List (SIL) and data transformation initiatives.
- Support internal controls and compliance frameworks to include but not limited to:
- Execute division policy and standard management annual review processes.
- Assist with supporting external regulatory compliance activities as needed, ensuring processes and documentation meet governmental requirements.
Experiences/Education - Required
- Bachelor’s degree (4 Years) and Green Belt certified.
- 3+ years in Performance Excellence, project management, or program manager roles.

Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision making.

Experience with change management principles and tools.

Skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance metrics

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration.

Ability to manage or coach others to manage projects, deliver results.

Demonstrated process development for repeatable results and sustained improvement.

Able to initiate and manage multiple tasks and projects as necessary.

Excellent M365 Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Teams, SharePoint, Power platforms (BI, Apps, Automate)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The range for this position is $91,649.00 - $126,018.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
