Role Purpose

Leads day-to-day global program execution for OneLIMS across Corning’s R&D laboratory network, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, governance, technical architecture, and business outcomes. Partners across R&D, laboratory operations, Computing Technologies, enterprise IT, regional teams, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver a scalable and sustainable laboratory information management solution. Drives execution of an already-defined roadmap, organizational readiness, and regional deployment alignment while balancing global standardization with local needs. This role is ideal for a strong systems program leader who can build relationships, drive accountability through teams, and keep complex workstreams moving in a highly collaborative, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the global OneLIMS roadmap across R&D labs in the United States, France, and Asia, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, governance, and business outcomes
• Drive sprint-based program delivery across multiple workstreams, coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks, issues, and readiness activities across global and regional teams
• Partner with R&D, laboratory operations, Computing Technologies, enterprise IT, technical and functional platform owners, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions
• Oversee key implementation activities including business process alignment, data migration, integrations, environments, testing, deployment, cutover, stabilization, and user adoption
• Lead one direct report and foster collaboration, accountability, and execution discipline across a matrixed global program team
• Maintain program management standards and key operating mechanisms including plans, governance materials, action logs, decision logs, deployment playbooks, and executive updates

Experiences/Education - Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of project or program management experience leading complex IT system implementations across multiple geographies, stakeholder groups, and delivery teams
• Experience managing program scope, schedule, budget, risk, issues, dependencies, governance, and executive-level reporting
• Experience coordinating business process alignment, deployment planning, change management, and user adoption for enterprise system implementations
• Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners within structured delivery environments
• Strong ability to lead matrixed teams and influence business, technical, regional, and vendor stakeholders
• Technical understanding of IT systems, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment
• Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to operate effectively with global, distributed teams and regional execution models
• Strong relationship-building skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative working style with the ability to get work done through teams

Experiences/Education - Desired

• Advanced degree such as MS, MBA, or related discipline
• Experience implementing LIMS, laboratory systems, or related scientific applications in R&D, regulated, quality-sensitive, or data-intensive environments
• PMP certification
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Demonstrated ability to balance global standardization with regional execution needs
• Experience driving clarity, accountability, and progress in complex or evolving environments
• Experience leading enterprise programs in adjacent system environments such as ERP, MES, CRM, scientific systems, or other workflow- and data-intensive platforms
• Experience working with data-centric platforms or programs where structured data capture, process alignment, and business workflow design are key to successful implementation

The range for this position is $97,542.00 - $134,121.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
