The Robotics Business Analyst will identify processes that can be simplified, digitized or eliminated by use of robotic process automation (RPA). They will support the execution of automations by leading them through the automation life cycle, and ensuring they are supportable in an operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation
  • Partners with customers in evaluating and chartering automation opportunities
  • Optimizes or recommends process optimization/improvement within bounds of automation
  • Conducts proof of concepts
  • Creates and maintains documentation for automated tasks/processes
  • Meets discrete goals within established criteria (i.e. time, cost, quality) satisfying automation objectives
  • Interfaces with subject matter experts, process owners, Process Delivery Owners, developers, etc‚ in support of automation creation and deployment
  • Support existing processes and implements change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/ materials
  • Leads automations through life cycle for completion (i.e. process feasibility assessment, preparation, documentation, development, testing & go live/production)
  • Apply project management methodology and processes to define, plan, cost, resource, track and ensure the accomplishment of targeted goal for each robotics implementation
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify issues, and devise contingency plans, as well as owns communication and change management plans to operational teams, business leads and project stakeholders.
  • Accountable for delivery deadlines
  • Provides oversight and enforcement of standardization models to both 3rd party and internal automation providers

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
