Role Purpose

• Responsible for assisting in all aspects of the investor relations program
• Understanding and analysis of key drivers of investor decisions and stock market dynamics
• Manage shareholder activity reports, sellside modeling analysis, and targeting process
• Conduct financial analysis and research to assist in responding to inquiries from the investment community as well as for other internal departments
• Financial analysis includes analyzing historical performance of the Company and its peers, comparable company trading analysis and other ad hoc projects
• Share responsibility as a company contact with security analysts

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison with analysts and investors to provide company and market trend insights.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the company and investor community.
  • Manage CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and extracting/analyzing data as needed.
  • Collaborate with control, treasury, communications, and strategy teams.
  • Prepare investor materials, including presentations, earnings releases, and Q&A documents.
  • Monitor investor perceptions and provide regular feedback to management.
  • Review public communications to align messaging with company goals and strategy.
  • Serve as liaison with business units to share investor perspectives.
  • Model financial performance, interpreting company goals and strategies for investors.
  • Lead or assist with initiatives such as:
    • Investor targeting programs.
    • Quarterly earnings call preparations.
    • Valuation analysis.
    • Annual investor meetings.
    • CRM system improvements.

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent technical field.
  • CPA certification or strong knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Demonstrated experience creating PowerPoint presentations and charts.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functional areas.
  • Strong financial background with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change, work independently, and interact with senior management.
  • Interest in trading and investment methodologies.
  • Strong statistical, financial analysis, and database extraction skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience interpreting financial trends, developing insights, and presenting to diverse audiences.

Travel Requirements: 10-20% with potential for one international trip per year.

The range for this position is $78,039.00 - $107,304.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
