Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the U.S. International aspects of income tax compliance. The role would also support planning, audits as well as a variety of other tax initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an opportunity to learn about the business, expand knowledge of complex international tax technical areas and lead special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review forms 5471, 8865, 8858 and relevant statements and disclosures
  • Prepare and review form 1118, income sourcing and FTC calculations
  • Calculate and document book/tax differences and E&P for the foreign subsidiaries
  • Prepare and review Subpart F and GILTI calculations for return and forecast; analyze and present variances from prior result; understand and explain the drivers of changes
  • Support complex models and perform in-depth quantitative analysis of the alternative outcomes
  • Assist in BEAT and FDII calculations, analysis and documentation
  • Prepare, maintain, review, and support tax records, returns, reports, and other related materials in compliance with all tax laws and regulations
  • Interact with finance and other business areas to receive or provide information
  • Assist with the creation, implementation, and maintenance of documentation, documentation processes, and internal controls

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of tax related experience at Big 4 public accounting firm and/or large multinational corporation
  • Strong tax technology and presentation skills (i.e, OneSource, Excel, modeling, and data analytic tools)
  • Experience in the preparation of international tax aspects of post-TCJA U.S. federal tax compliance including Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, calculation of CFC’s earnings and profits, Subpart F inclusions, and foreign tax credits


  • CPA/ /MBA
  • Experience in calculating GILTI / FDII / BEAT, income sourcing, and expense allocation and apportionment
  • Experience in using Big 4 model(s) for calculating GILTI/FDII/BEAT
  • Experience with big data applications (e.g., Alteryx)
  • Experience in accounting for income taxes from a non-US provision perspective is a plus
