  • Implement metrics, content, programs, and procedures to address inquiries from customers, governments, and NGO’s concerning energy, GHGs, water, waste, etc.
  • Support corporate sustainability critical metrics; interpret findings to help drive business decisions
  • Keep abreast of changing industry trends and investigate opportunities
  • Communicate new products to the energy and environmental community; attend various energy and environmental events to keep abreast of energy, green buildings, and environment changes
  • Support in evaluating opportunities for new conservation projects; perform research, development, implementation, and oversight of conservation projects
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret environmental statistical data.
  • Work with operating facilities to set short (annual) and long term (3-5 year) goals for conservation and environmental improvements.
  • Provide consultation regarding environmental education and training, support and mentorship to facilities to maintain an environment consistent with company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Support conservation and environmental projects as requested and collaborate with company and consultant resources to use best work practices and to provide additional skill-level support.
  • Collaborate with other engineering resources to drive consistency and share best practices



  • We estimate travel at 10% - 15% depending upon specific project assignment. Domestic and International.



  • We require a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Technical, Business, or related area
  • 0-2 years relevant experience



  • Demonstrated statistical and analytical abilities
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and presentation skills



  • Experience in sustainability, green buildings/business, waste, water, and/or energy
  • Project management experience and ability to lead project teams
  • Experience developing positive relationships with internal and external partners (e.g. NGOs, government agencies, etc.)
  • Experience with procurement processes and systems, e.g. contract writing, contract management and financial analysis experience
  • Knowledge and/or experience with CDP, GRI, TCFD, and/or SASB reporting guidelines; as well as green buildings and/or LEED certification • Knowledge and/or experience with life-cycle assessments and/or environmental product declarations • Strong computer skills; experience with a cloud-based Environmental Management Information System (e.g., Gensuite)
  • 2nd language - Fluent in Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin) or Korean
