Role Purpose
We are seeking a Systems Analyst with a focus on security systems administration. This role involves working closely with investigators, signals analysts, and our technology team to meet daily case needs and the long-term objectives of the Investigations and Intelligence department within Corning Global Security. The Systems Analyst will provide technical consultation, systems configuration, troubleshooting, solutions development, and general application support, with a significant focus on a complex DLP environment that includes multiple integrated platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer several critical intelligence applications, including configuration, routine maintenance, and compliance with department objectives and regulations.
- Respond appropriately to service requests from the Investigations and Intelligence team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and reporting issues.
- Develop scripts and small applications for data integration and automation.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries.
- Carry out routine database management and configuration.
- Collaborate closely with the senior systems analyst, IT, and other departments on various projects.
- Provide technical consultation on investigative efforts.
- Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and completeness of various data sets.
- Contribute to strategic problem-solving and department objectives.
- Align priorities and efforts with the I&I roadmap and program manager.
Experiences/Education - Required
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical systems roles, preferably security-related.
- Ability to work independently with SQL.
- Demonstrated programming/scripting capability.
- Functional understanding of PowerShell.
- Familiarity with MS 365 environment, security tools, and core applications.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with non-technical teams.
- Experience in accurately and concisely documenting technical processes for both technical and non-technical readers.
Experiences/Education - Desired
- Extensive experience in administering M365 security applications like Defender and Purview.
- Experience with Service Now and DLPir.
- Project management experience in Agile, 6 Sigma, K-T, or other rigorous frameworks.
- Strong competency in Power Apps
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Associate, Power Apps Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Associate
- CRISC/CISSP Certification

The range for this position is $90,323.00 - $124,195.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
