The global Human Resource (HR) Function provides an integrated talent management system that delivers a workforce that is Corning's competitive differentiator in the global marketplace.

Position: TA Systems Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote – East Coast (on-site as needed for meetings)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM EST
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting modules (RCM, RMK, CSB)
Core Responsibilities
- Act as a system coordinator to gather requirements from business process owners.
- Document business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors process specifications.
- Implement business process changes and assist with communication plans.
- Create support documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer/training.
- Perform testing for upgrades, releases, fixes, and enhancements.
- Manage ServiceNow, ESM Portal, and Help My Cloud tickets; validate fixes.
- Collaborate with external vendors for enhancements and configuration changes.
- Provide administrative support for modules and integrations as needed.
- Respond to candidate email inquiries and resolve issues related to using the recruiting system.
- Manage the Global Administrative (GA) email box for recruiting-related communications.
- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Careersite Builder (CSB), and some Onboarding 1.0/2.0.
- Ability to design, document, and deploy HR solutions to complex problems.
- Strong communication skills, able to work with many different stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
- Accurate estimation skills for HR solutions.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Team-oriented mindset.

The range for this position is $47,650.00 - $65,519.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
