Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.
Role Purpose
Oversee and manage the administrative affairs to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Responsible for team management, resource allocation, policy compliance, and budget control, while optimizing workflows and resolving issues. Through effective communication coordination, facility maintenance, and support for management, provide essential support to plant's strategic goals and overall operations.
Key Responsibilities
1) Administrative Operations Management:
- Supervise and ensure the efficient functioning of all administrative processes, including office & vender management, security, documentation, and etc.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
2) Team Management:
- Lead, train, and manage the administrative staff, ensuring clear delegation of tasks and monitoring individual and team performance.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment within the administrative team.
3) Resource and Facility Management:
- Manage office supplies and work with facility & equipment team to ensure proper maintenance and procurement processes.
- Oversee the upkeep, security, and functionality of the plant premises or office environment.
4) Budget Management:
- Monitor and control administrative expenses, prepare budgets, and ensure cost-efficient resource utilization.
- Analyze financial data related to administrative functions and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
5) Compliance and Policy Oversight:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Update and enforce administrative policies based on organizational needs and regulatory changes
6) Workflow Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies in administrative processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of administrative activities.
7) Communication and Coordination:
- Act as the central point for internal communication between departments and external communication with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
- Coordinate meetings, reports, and presentations for leadership.
8) Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
- Address operational challenges and administrative issues promptly, implementing practical solutions.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve administrative functions.
9) Other

Experiences/Education - Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in office management or administration are a plus.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Experience in factory or production environments is preferred.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with administrative software/tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
