Day to Day Responsibility
- E-logbook system daily maintenance, including BOM comparison, update according to ERP, implement monthly system comparison between ERP and E-logbook system.
- In-depth knowledge of customs laws, tariff policies, AEO compliance and foreign trade regulatory rules.
- Strong sense of responsibility, carefulness and risk awareness; capable of handling customs inquiries and abnormal clearance issues.
- HTS classification and apply for COO and FORM E.
- To handle import/export Customs clearance, including shipping documents verification, coordination with forwarder and broker for international transportation and clearance status control, coordination with relevant department for shipment delivery, operating logistics system for declaration data input and in charge of filing.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements)
Education & Experience
- Diploma or above
- Customs declaration certificate
- CIQ declaration certificate
Required skills:
- 5 years experience in Imp & Exp
- English is workable
- PC skill with office software
Desired Skills:
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Soft Skills:
- Good understanding of culture different between different countries.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Team player
- Work under pressure
