Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

Day to Day Responsibility

1.Being responsible for shipping documents preparation and collection (P/L check, Forwarder Receipt collection, etc.) 
2.Being responsible for logistics provider selection and get approval of immediate supervisor.  
3.Being responsible for freight control such as freight payment check and application.  
4.Assist master planer to do freight RFQ and try every opportunity to reduce freight cost.  
5.Assist master planer to manage freight forwarders and establish relationships with government departments. 
6.Timely communicate with CSR & Broker to track trading order status. 
7.Maintaining procedure and keep continuous improvement 
8.Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements) 
9.Order maintain, order management, order acknowledge(OA) and shipping notification. 
10.Other tasks assigned by manager. 

Education & Experience   
1.Bachelor’s degree or above 
2.Minimum 5 years working experience in logistics, import/export, or trade compliance, etc. 

Required Skills. Competencies, or Certification 
1.Good communication skills. 
2.Good manufacturing management  
3. Self-motivated, willing to work under pressure. High sense of responsibility and initiative. 
4.Good oral and written English
