The purpose of this position is:

  • Work directly with Warehouse Supervisors to support Associates in daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth product flow and successful execution of tasks.
  • Conducts and documents training, ensures compliance with established procedures, maintains all process documentation, and coordinates product and associate scheduling with supervisors, other leads, and shifts. Leads cycle counts, PO receipts, goods requisitions, etc.
  • Receives, inspects, and stores incoming raw materials; enters transactions into ERP system; moves materials to and from production; and ships product.

This position includes significant duties such as:

  •  Supports warehouse associates, monitors warehouse processes and ensures the safe use of warehouse equipment.
  • Adheres to warehouse practices and protocols
  • Monitors shift metrics to ensure compliance to work instructions, quality standards, environmental, safety, and plant-wide policy requirements. 
  • Serves as process subject matter expert for all finished good and raw material processing.
  • Provides and coordinates training to others on various topics as assigned to ensure timely and accurate training documentation maintains all required training as well as any certifications. 
  • Works cross-functionally with other departments to ensure finished goods and raw materials are processed in a timely manner.
  • Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock
  • Ensures that Continuous Improvement (CI) activities are supported, i.e. 5-S, Preventative Maintenance etc., ensuring overall organization and housekeeping of assigned area. 
  • Works with Maintenance team to, escalate problems to Maintenance leadership as needed.
  • Provides support and data to leadership on associate performance
  • Monitors and provides daily feedback to team members.
  • Understands and communicates policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Observes all safety, environmental and quality system standards. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Working Conditions:

  • Somewhat disagreeable working conditions.
  • Works under changing weather conditions (hot/cold) year round.
  • Works at heights up to 32 feet above ground level.
  • Frequently lifts and/or moves materials up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lifts and/or moves material weighing up to 65 pounds.
  • Exposed to fumes and high frequency noise in manufacturing.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required including, but not limited to, lab coats, hair/beard covers, gloves, ear protection, eye protection, safety shoes etc.



  • High school diploma or GED required.



  • 3+ years experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing. 
  • Manufacturing or Warehouse experience required, preferably in shipping, receiving, and material processing functions.
  • ERP, MES, MS Office, and typing skills required.
