Reporting to the Warehouse and Sterilization Operations Section Supervisor. The Sterilization Warehouse Supervisor directly supervises inbound and outbound shipment and site planning and inventory management groups. Position is responsible for site master data & ERP / MES systems management along with SME for sterilization operational data systems.
Description of Work:
- Provides supervisory support to identified warehouse associates and planning / inventory site personnel
- Provides support and back-up for Gamma and Ebeam Supervisor here / when needed, shall be fully knowledgeable of all equipment / processes
- Participate with other resources to maximize the operational performance of the sterilization processes throughout the year
- Coordinate and deliver commitments of offload activities from other CLS sites that require sterilization needs.
- Ensures accurate tracking, organization, and management of inventory to optimize warehouse operations.
- Ensures all training requirements for self and team are maintained. Communicates and addresses development needs of Shipping/Receiving Associates
- Assist the facility to deliver AGM% goals for the year • Ensure safe work practices are strictly adhered to – manage incidents / investigations if they occur
- Participate in monthly safety audits – specific to Sterilization / Warehouse; supporting other areas as required.
- Implement actions to assist in maintaining high Customer service levels
- Maintain a superior level of materials control and Cycle Count accuracy of Finished Goods
- Monitors and tracks key site KPI’s for delivery and transportation metrics, continuously challenging performance and driving improvements
- Support development of a Sterilization Priority Scheduling tool to enhance the overall efficiency of the critical (sterilization) asset
- Prepare / Present pertinent information (ensure participation) as required – Key Outputs • Track and Report Monthly Inbound / Outbound Shipping Summary - Metrics
- Lead and ensure proper execution of product prioritization and PID administration throughout building
- Continuously seek and initiate areas for operational improvement
Location: Durham, NC onsite Monday-Friday flex hour shifts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- 0-2 years of warehousing/shipping experience Desired Skills/Experience
- ERP system experience
- Previous shipment planning experience
- Intercompany Supplier Interface
- Experience with Freight Forwarder / Export affairs
- Ability to execute special projects
- Ability to influence and logical thinking
- Comfortable working with cross functional teams
- Ability to interact with varying levels of the organization

The range for this position is $69,472.00 - $95,523.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
