Purpose of Position:
• This position is responsible for developing and driving long-term technical strategy and resource planning for the division. The role supports leadership through monthly program reviews, reporting, process improvement efforts, and acts as a central point of contact for project escalation, resource forecasting, and cross-team synergies.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the development, comparison, and execution of long-term technical strategy and resource planning, continuously tracking current status versus commitment to ensure alignment with divisional goals.
• Attends monthly project review meetings with Product Line Managers (PLMs), Tech Leads, and Engineering Managers to monitor program status, risks, and opportunities.
• Identifies and facilitates program/project synergies to optimize resource allocation and maximize business outcomes across teams.
• Acts as the business team representative, ensuring alignment between project execution and business strategy.
• Provides PLP support, enabling teams to successfully navigate product launch processes and milestone deliverables for new programs and projects.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define and track PL (Project Leadership) objectives for all active projects to measure progress and drive accountability.
• Serves as the escalation point for projects, facilitating resolution and corrective action to ensure program delivery.
• Utilizes monthly rollup reports to communicate status and synthesize project portfolio progress and resource needs to Division Engineering and Development managers.
• Monitors the monthly commercial forecast to anticipate and capture future resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Manages monthly project reporting to provide leadership with clear and actionable insights on program health, KPIs, and challenges.
• Collaborates with the Project Management Manager and Process Improvement Manager to continually define, refine, and improve project management processes and standards.
Travel Requirements:
• Up to 25% travel may be required, depending on the program. May include domestic and international travel.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, financial analysis, or process improvement, including leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to coordinate efforts between commercial, technical, and operational teams; adept at risk management and strategy execution.
• Demonstrated analytical aptitude for financial tracking and cost management, and ability to communicate project information across organizational levels.
• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound decision-making skills utilizing both analytical thinking and practical judgment; bias for action with proven problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with stage-gate project management or similar product development methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational, reporting, and analytical abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project).

The range for this position is $145,578.00 - $200,170.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
