Role Summary

The Manufacturing Strategy Program Leader drives execution of critical manufacturing initiatives across capacity planning, capital programs, and operational transformation efforts.This role ensures alignment between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution by leading cross-functional coordination, maintaining program rigor, and delivering results against key ramp and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of manufacturing strategy initiatives and capital programs, ensuring delivery against key milestones
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, aligned with demand, capacity, and ramp objectives
  • Develop cost estimates and financial models to support capital and operational decision-making
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across initiatives
  • Prepare executive-ready materials and synthesize insights to inform key decisions
  • Support business case development, capital planning, and continuous improvement of planning processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or strategy roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with capital projects and capacity planning
  • Background in advanced manufacturing or high-tech industries
  • MBA or advanced degree

The range for this position is $161,514.00 - $222,082.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
