Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for managing equipment/facility activities in Fuzhou plant, leading equipment/ facility teams in achieving manufacturing excellence
- Plan and manage for capital spending in equipment/facility area, evaluate and mitigate potential risk for aging equipment
- Manage spare parts in equipment/ facility area, optimize the spare parts inventory and monthly procurement.
- Review the daily purchase requirement (PR) in equipment & facility area, assist Finance with the assets control, e.g., assets physical count, transfer and disposal.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and lead the cost reduction projects in equipment and facility area
- Troubleshoot the unscheduled equipment breakdowns leading equipment team with urgency to ensure production resumes in a timely manner. Come up with continuous improvement plan to prevent the repeat issues.
- Leverage vendors to industrialize, fabricate, install and replicate prototypes, pilot or production equipment, when new-design equipment is needed for specific process or product
- For new equipment/ facility projects, Lead team in plan, coordinate and execute site preparation, equipment move-in, installation, hook-up, power-on, check-out, testing and start-up by interfacing with suppliers, development, manufacturing, technicians and trades professionals to get systems set-up and qualified
- Present ideas, plans, project status & opinions in writing and orally with visual aids
- Ensure compliance with EHS rules and regulations.
Education & Experience
- BS degree or above in Electric Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Integration or related Mechanical Engineering.
- 8-year above experience in equipment/ facility management
- Prefer to have experience in managing varies of equipment types
- Prefer to have experience in leading team, like team leader etc.

- Demonstrated delivery of results through project and interpersonal leadership
- Project management and Equipment vendor management
- Problem solving skills (based on fundamental understanding of problems).
- Self-motivated, independent, flexible, quick learner
- Have good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
