Day to Day Responsibilities:

•    Develop and execute supply plans across multiple suppliers, aligning capacity, lead time, and delivery commitments with production and customer demand
•    Monitor supplier performance (capacity, lead time, delivery reliability) and provide regular visibility and reporting
•    Ensure material availability to support production and on-time customer delivery
•    Optimize inventory levels to balance service, cost, and supply flexibility
•    Analyze supply-demand gaps, identify risks, and drive actionable recovery or mitigation plans
•    Support supplier onboarding and ramp-up activities to ensure supply readiness and continuity
•    Provide visibility into supply risks, capacity utilization, and overall supply health

•    Drive continuous improvement in supply planning processes, tools, and data accuracy (e.g., SAP and planning systems)
•    Support system enhancements to improve supply visibility and planning efficiency

Education & Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
•    3+ years’ experience in supply planning, procurement planning, or manufacturing operations
•    Experience managing multiple suppliers or complex sourcing networks preferred
•    Good English and Chinese communication skills

Required Skills

•    Strong knowledge of supply planning, MRP, and material planning processes
•    Experience in multi-supplier coordination and supply allocation
•    Solid problem-solving and risk management capability
•    Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
•    Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and planning
•    Experience with planning / reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus

Desired Skills

•    Exposure to CM management and cross-BU coordination
•    Experience supporting NPI or product transfer projects
•    Knowledge of inventory optimization and planning best practices

Soft Skills

•    Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
•    Ability to work in complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environment
•    High ownership and proactive mindset in managing supply issues
•    Good English and Chinese communication skills
