Day to Day Responsibilities
- Manage quality systems (including records retention, procedures, specifications, COA etc.) and develops processes/systems to prevent quality problems.
- Manage changes process in system to ensure all changes are evaluate properly and implement with action plan approved in system. Prevent any products with unexpected change been shipped to customer.
- Customer complaint/feedbacks handling. Collaborate with the Commercial group to resolve customer complaints and to translate customer requirements into meaningful product specifications/procedure.
- Conduct routine audit and data analysis to identify potential risk and implement prevent actions accordingly.
- Coordinate all customer quality audits of the plant/CM. Leads corrective action teams to resolve audit deficiencies.
- Collaborate with plant and division teams for process/project transfer.
- Collect process or product data for internal/external analysis purpose.
- Work with process/product engineers to implement process controls and process disciplines are in production.
- Flexible on traveling and join meeting with people in different time zone.
Requirements: Education & Experience
- Required Education: Bachelor of engineering or above.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality or process engineering roles are MUST.
- Process control experience is MUST. Project management is a PLUS.
- Experience in customer complain handling
Requirements: Required Skills
- Quick learner and self-motivated.
- Individual contributor to hit the target in MBO.
- Could work independently and solve problem/improve process with methodologies like DMAIC/LEAN/8D/FMEA/SPC/MSA etc.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in global cross-functional teams, such as with supply chain, commercial, division engineering and CM.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Requirements: Desired Skills
- APQP/ PPAP
- Use digitalize tool like Power BI.
- Use statistical analysis tool like Minitab, JMP
- Six Sigma belts.
