The Global Supply Management (GSM) Function is recognized as a critical function for business success.  It delivers the training, tools and opportunities needed to create innovative solutions for the function & the corporation.  GSM has leading edge, effective processes to anticipate and exceed customer requirements.

 

Role Purpose:
The Site Integrated Planning Leader is accountable for all supply chain planning related activities on the site, this role also leads and develops the team of Integrated Planners at the site. This role is accountable for creating and executing the site’s end-to-end production, capacity, and material plans. This role ensures alignment of production capacity, material availability, inventory targets, and customer service objectives by integrating production and material planning activities. Acts as a key interface between integrated planning with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and Business Unit Integrated Planning to deliver reliable, efficient, and cost-effective operations.


Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:


1. Supply Planning

  • Owns the site’s integrated planning process to balance demand with supply and inventory strategies.  Executes feasible, optimized and integrated production and material plans.

2. Performance Management

  • Manages daily/weekly KPIs (including schedule adherence (MPS), material availability and capacity utilization.) Implements process health metrics and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions where needed.

3. Process and System Optimization

  • Acts as the site planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) and partners with regional or global integrated planning teams on execution and projects.  Partners with Integrated Planning COE on continuous improvement opportunities and planning standards practices. 

4. Leadership & Team Development

  • Sets clear goals, priorities, and development plans to build team capabilities and promotes a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

 

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning at manufacturing sites.
  • 3+ years in a people leadership position, with demonstrated experience managing planners.
  • SME on planning processes, ERP systems (e.g. SAP), inventory management. Advanced planning tool experience preferred.

The range for this position is $109,744.00 - $150,898.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
