"Role Purpose:

• Support Display SAP power users daily operations issues, training and testing

• Support SAP enhancement review, solution design, and working with IT to request approval for deployment

• Support Display SAP deployment roadmap strategy and project expansion to deploy SAP as process lead to coordinate power users requirement and IT and 3rd party for deployment and ensure project deliverables quality.

• Coordinating Cross department initiatives and strategy interdependencies within the Display supply chain department – supply planning, global supply management, logistics, contract manufacturing, operations, capacity management and cross functionally.

• Support strategy supply chain project team and governance in area of : ERP(SAP), Data Warehouse/BI, Planning system and related projects

• Support MDM team project / operational initiatives to work with power users for master data preparation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading process stream lead in Supply Chain (Plan to produce/Logistics Execution/Request to pay) w. Mfg and/or commercial (Order to cash) working with power users to deliver improvements

• Support to develop strategic plans to drive step improvements in areas of opportunity within Display cross functional area to meet/exceed customer expectations at an optimal profitability.

• Support strategy project initiatives for project success.

• Support display data warehouse implementation and align with user group for report requirements analysis and implementation

• Support process area related master data governance process and work closely with COE MDM team

• Assess and implement new solution and innovation technology in support process stream to enable new business capability

• Process and system alignment and integration for cross functional stream

• Evaluate advanced systems and driving organization digitalization transformation

• Define, track and improve key performance metrics related to supported process stream

Competencies (knowledge, skills and behaviors): • SAP MM, PP, SD or WM Savvy and Business Acumen • Possesses differentiated skills and experience in supply chain (Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver) or Finance / Commercial with demonstrated performance history in order to boost performance in CDT and bring new talent and best practices to augment Corning’s homegrown talent. • System and Process integration and change management experience given the diverse ERP environment within the CDT business. • Process Integration experience within large, complex companies including successful experience managing and executing global business process change initiatives • Cultural fit for Corning and the corporate values. Experiences/Education: Required • Bachelor’s Degree (Technical, Business or Supply Chain). • 5-10 years SAP experience in project implementation and operation support Global work experience, working across regions and cultures. • Experience leading global teams, including matrix assignments Desired • Master’s in Business or Supply Chain Management / Computer Science. • Supply Chain Certification • SAP MM / PP / SD / WM Certification • LEAN or Six Sigma Certification or equivalent experience • Experience across multiple businesses, division and/or technologies.
