Process Engineer

Position Description

• Technical Process development and engineering. Lead technical process activities to achieve business objectives.
• Worldwide manufacturing supports. Provide troubleshooting for operational and performance related issues.
• Technical process optimization portfolio – Technical analysis of process application of analytical results to improve processes capability.
• Interface with other groups and plant for new processes and technologies deployment support.
• Develop new technology and process change to improve process operations. Design and implement process experiments with manufacturing team.
• Lead and support manufacturing capital expansions, startups and equipment repair worldwide as required.
• Support process standardization, documentation, and governance.

Experiences/Education

• BS degree or above - major in chemical engineering or science.
• Project skill for improvement project and process development experience are plus.

Required Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of thermal process.
• Experiment design and execution.
• Methodology – PCPD, Six Sigma, DMAIC, KT and so on.
• Data analysis experience – Statistical knowledge, data science tool kit is a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Problem solving, analytical skills and decision making.
• Hands-on experience in fab is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills in Chinese and English.
• Positive working attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Keen for challenge the goal and work under high pressure.
• Experience or willingness to work across multiple cultures in a globally diverse team.
