Purpose of Position


Analyze, define, receive, process and execute tasks in data quality, integration and governance areas, which continuously improve GSM data quality across different platforms, and manage the governance of the Data Quality best practices (e.g. Usage of Standard Naming) for purchased goods and services and where value directs, the ERP platforms (PSOFT and SAP).


Day to Day Responsibilities: (role within group / projects within group)


  • Help to Define and Support digital and data initiatives strategically aimed to improve
  • revenue, profit, cash, efficiency, and protect brand.
  • Help to Develop and support innovative strategic initiatives to improve supply chain
  • performance with better data visibility, structure, and connectivity.
  • Help to Define Data driven objectives, and support cross functional teams to accomplish
  • strategic objectives.
  • Understand the Data Integration architecture (ETL Flow, Data Mapping and more) and
  • help the organization with upcoming Integration projects (e.g., Spend Integration for Global Spend Visibility).
  • Establish data quality standards (ISO8000), train the teams about the Best Practices to
  • follow to have a good and standard structure of the key Data Elements and ensure they
  • are met through designed in solutions.
  • Prepare and Deliver Key Strategic Dashboards for key insights to drive the critical decisions
  • using Advance Analytics Tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Python(good to have)) and Cloud
  • Platforms (SharePoint, Box, AWS).
  • Provide/Explore possible solutions to automate the reporting to have a touchless
  • experience.
  • Facilitate effective functional and enterprise data governance.
  • Identify and manage the data of strategic service providers.
  • Report project progress and improvement metrics.
  • Manage projects individually and connect with the stake holders to gather data concerns, requirements and provide end to end solutions support.


Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in SAP Supplier and Material Master data management and analysis.
  • 3+ years master data management experience preferably in procurement/ supply chain domain preferably including use of Ariba
  • 3+ years data extraction experience with ERP’s (preferably PSOFT & SAP), and Ariba (supplier information management, spend visibility)
  • Conduct comprehensive data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues, anomalies, and inconsistencies.
  • Develop data quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor data quality.
  • Lead data cleansing efforts, including data deduplication, standardization, and validation.
  • Implement data quality checks and validation rules for SAP Supplier and Material Master data.
  • Experience with different analytical or database platforms (i.e. Microsoft Access, Oracle, SQL, Business Objects)
  • Strong Microsoft Tools usage (PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint ), with good Power Platform skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to express data in the form of graphs and analytical reports.
  • Demonstrated successful experiences using SharePoint, using analytical and evaluation skills, conducting work in global matrix environments, and working with suppliers.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of converting business requirements in digitally driven methods.
  • Fluent in English and able to concisely express thoughts in English
