Responsibilities
- Support business growth by driving integrated B2B marketing communications strategies via online and offline marketing, events, and third-party partnerships.
- Strong marcom project management skills with proven hands-on ability to deliver multiple projects.
- Co-drive the India Marketing and Communications strategy using the right messages and medium to create a clear understanding of our offerings to targeted customers.
- Leveraging BTL to improve reach and engagement:
- Focus on business dev. while enhancing the Corning brand to support revenue growth.
- Build, execute marketing communications plans for key businesses like Life Sciences and Optical Communications.
- Lead and manage events (exhibitions, tradeshows/roadshows, conferences).
- Develop, execute online campaigns to create awareness, visibility, and drive traffic to website(s)/landing pages(s).
- Support Sales with marketing materials (print and digital).
- Support HR with internal, external employer branding, employee communications.
- Benchmark and measure the effectiveness of “selling messages.”
- Manage marketing communications budgets, vendors.
- Develop marketing performance dashboard(s) to track, report, while working with cross-functional teams to own and report numbers across businesses, functions.
Required Skills
- Understands the B2B market, can create demand generation opportunities – An experience in life sciences, electronics industry is preferred.
- Desire and experience to engage in B2B marketing activities.
- Can create, support, and drive events both online and offline with a focus on offline events.
- Good understanding of brand, online, and offline marketing.
- Strong writing and editing capabilities.
- Must know how to create short- and long-form content to fit multiple platforms.
- Must know email marketing tools like Marketo, Hootsuite, HubSpot.
- Salesforce is a plus, along with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics or equivalent tools.
- Outstanding intercommunication skills. Proactive, positive, and innovative mindset.
- Passionate storyteller who can persuade, inspire, and create emotional connections with target audiences.

- Ability to lead, organize, and prioritize.
- Should be comfortable working with deadlines, different global time zones, and adapts to dynamic project requirements.
- Ability to assess priorities and manage many projects simultaneously.

Travel
- Approximately 10%
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, or another related field required.
- Minimum five years of communications experience, preferably in marketing/corporate communications, public relations, journalism, or communications-related field
