Analyst (S2P Operations)

Description: We are looking for an Analyst for Corning India, who will work with the Source to Pay India Operations Team in various business processes. The Analyst will be part of India S2P team that gathers 7 in-house and many onshore professionals, who are spread across APAC, EMEA & US regions supporting Supplier Management across the globe.  As an Analyst, the candidate will communicate and collaborate with the S2P team on various aspects of the business process but mainly on day-to-day operational transaction processing, data recording. Moreover, the candidate will be responsible to process the daily volume received, answer queries received on the group mailbox and be part of the S2P India operations team.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  1. Process Supplier (Create/Modify) requests for all global regions.
  2. Coordinate with various departments (Buyer/BPM, Category Lead and MDM) to obtain approval and to push the supplier add request for the processing.
  3. Collaborate with requesters and resolve all issues for Supplier Add/modify requests.
  4. Process the tickets received in the service now portal and communicate with the requester in case of any query.
  5. Monitor Service Now Queue for any ticket received and process it within the timeline and as per the internal SLA.
  6. Evaluate the NDA/Supplier Add/Service Now business processes to identify the process improvement opportunities and implement improvement ideas.
  7. Maintain records of all transactions processed by himself/herself and should be able to deliver the numbers when needed.
  8. Collate all transaction quality related data and ensure timely updating.
  9. Prepare/Maintain and ensure timely updating of the process SOPs.

Desired Candidate: 

  1. Good MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook skills and experience with different functionalities.
  2. 4-8 years of experience in transaction processing and group mailbox handling.
  3. Experience in creating low level reports of the business process and publishing to the supervisor in case of need.
  4. A self-started/motivated individual who can work in pressure
  5. A candidate who wants to achieve an extra mile in the carrier and has a zeal to add value to the organization
