POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior TA Partner will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across Corning India, supporting hiring needs across Commercial, Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and Corporate Functions. Working closely with business leaders, HR partners, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners, this role will drive proactive talent acquisition strategies and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes aligned with business objectives.
This position requires a seasoned recruitment professional who can independently manage complex hiring requirements, influence stakeholders, leverage market intelligence, and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of functions and levels, from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer management activities to ensure timely hiring outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and recruitment recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and external partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with RPO partner, recruitment agencies, and sourcing vendors to ensure quality delivery and alignment with hiring priorities.
- Drive an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience through effective communication, process management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor recruitment activity and hiring performance to support data-driven decision making.
- Support employer branding, campus recruitment, talent attraction initiatives, and strategic hiring projects as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on recruitment quality, process efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience within multinational organizations.
- Proven experience recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, technical, commercial, corporate, and professional functions.
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced and complex business environment.
- Experience partnering with RPO providers, recruitment agencies, and external vendors.
- Strong capability in stakeholder management, workforce planning discussions, and consultative hiring support.
- Experience supporting large-scale hiring, business growth, expansion projects, or transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Exposure to regional or global recruitment environments is an advantage
