Responsibilities:

Complete finance activities for multiple business units. This includes:
•    Journal/Billing/Payment preparation 
•    Intercompany transactions, OOB follow ups
•    Cash forecasting and Cash pooling activities 
•    Tax declaration, tax refund and tax reporting
•    Executes routine, ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business requirements 
•    Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, identifying, implementing

Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent
2~3 years job experience in related field 
Strong computer skills: proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint required
 

Required Skills:

Basic Accounting skills and accounting theory
China Regulation – Foreign exchange, tax regulation
Fluent English Language skill in both Oral and written
Responsible for well written operating procedures. 

Desired Skills:

PeopleSoft finance applications skills
SAP application skills
Presentation skills
