Responsibilities:

Complete finance activities for multiple business units. This includes:
•    Journal/Billing/Payment preparation 
•    Cash forecasting and Cash pooling activities 
•    Tax declaration, tax refund and tax reporting
•    OPEX budget forecast, actual spending preparation, monthly analysis & review
•    Provide suggestions for accounting booking based on transaction nature
•    Executes routine, ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business unit objectives and business partner relationships
•    Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, identifying, implementing
•    Support supervisor/leader on entity overhead spending: accounting, forecast and budget
•    Support audit requests – Internal, tax, SAFE, custom, SOX or Statutory
•    Ad-hoc tasks from supervisor

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent
  • 5+ years job experience in related field (accounting is a must, tax accounting is a plus)
  • Cost accounting/manufacturing experience desired
  • Strong computer skills: proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint required

Required Skills:

  • Basic Accounting skills and accounting theory
  • China Regulation – Foreign exchange, tax regulation
  • English Language skill in both Oral and written
  • Responsible for well written operating procedures.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to multi-tasks and strong ownership

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • PeopleSoft finance applications skills
  • SAP application skills
  • Presentation skills
