Day to Day Responsibilities:

•    Process Travel & Expense transactions
•    Process Non-PO invoices
•    Enter PO Invoice Information (2-way & 3-way)
•    Process payment
•    Bank verification
•    Monthly closing for payable related account
•    Filing original documents
•    Ensure SOX compliance
•    Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team leader/supervisor/manager
•    Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, identifying, implementing
•    Assist local team on some administrative tasks and operation support

Education/Experience Requirements

•    An associate or bachelor’s degree is required, Accounting/Finance background is preferred.
•    1-3 years’ working experience in accounting and with some administrative or support experience is a plus
•    Share service center experience is plus.
•    Strong computer skills: proficiency in Excel  
•    SAP knowledge is plus.

Required Skills

•    Familiar with Microsoft office software, especially in Excel
•    Basic Accounting skills and accounting theory
•    Good command in both oral and written English
•    Good communication skill and team spirit
•    Analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
•    Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
•    Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and assignments
•    A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn
•    Good work attitude under high pressure
•    Be careful and be patient

Desired Skills

•    Presentation Skills
•    Experience in handle digital tools such as Macro, PowerBI, Power Query, etc.
•    Familiarity with basic operational processes, such as data entry and workflow management.
•    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
