Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators for manufacturing operations timely with high quality; Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify areas of inefficiency or overspending.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: assist in developing and monitoring the plant annual budget; Prepare rolling forecasts and provide insights into potential risks and opportunities; Collaborate with the business partners to align financial goals with manufacturing targets.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control manufacturing costs, drive business partner to achieve the targets; Maintaining standard cost of FG and annual standard cost update.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations; Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company resources.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, supply chain, procurement teams, etc., to improve operational efficiency; Support capital investment project evaluations.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis support for business decisions as requested by plant controller or other business partners.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment or automotive industry.
• Candidates with backgrounds in audit or advisory at accounting firms are also encouraged.
• Contract manufacturing experience is a plus
• CPA, ACCA or CMA certification is a plus
Required Skills
• Spotless ethics and integrity
• Solid understanding and application of accounting and finance principles (PRC GAAP& US GAAP).
• Quick learner
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, a good team player
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in English
• Skills in digital tools (Power BI, Python etc.,) is a plus
