Purpose of the Position:

  • To provide support to CET China growing talent needs including HDD expansion, division engineering Asia team and regional manufacturing team.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Staff and resource talents for China expansion projects including Hefei HDD expansion
  • Serve as HR business partner of CET division engineering Asia team and regional manufacturing team and partners with regional HRD to ensure and implement a compelling employee value proposition that attracts and retains the right type of talents in both teams
  • Support CET career roadmap and China talent pipeline plan
  • Support HR programs/projects per division and regional requirements
  • Share and advocate best practices across locations and plants
  • Collaborate with regional HRD to ensure standardization across the region and ensure that the type and level of services fully support business objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • At least 5-8 years of HR experience in one of the HR functions including HR generalist, talent acquisition, talent development or talent management, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
  • Work experience in manufacturing environment
  • Successful track record in the deployment of HR processes or programs
  • Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capability
  • Good project coordination and facilitation skill
  • Proficient in verbal and written English language
