Position Description Purpose of the Position:

Ensure Global and China C&B guideline and policies are deployed in plant, maintain and improve plant C&B activities, support to pilot plant benefit system and monitor/review C&B cost, support to propose solutions for business requirement from HR C&B perspective.

Day to Day Responsibilities: 

Lead plant C&B daily operation, including monthly payroll, attendance management etc. 

Work with all functions to maintain HRIS system data and audit the data accuracy. 

Manage plant staff social benefit and other benefit independently or with vendor. 

Audit plant OT status, make sure plant is complaint with local law. 

Support to conduct annual salary review and special review according to HR policies and procedures 

Conduct DL and IDL performance review 

Support to maintain and improve employees’ competence matrix system for plant 

Work with HR COE team to initiate projects required by plant 

Prepare regular and special C&B and performance analysis and report 

Other temporary tasks and projects assigned.

Reporting Structure: Immediate Supervisor: Plant HR Manager

Education & Experience 

Bachelor Degree, Business Administration or Statistics or Math or other science related 

3+ years of experience in factory in C&B area Required Skills 

Very organized and detailed oriented. 

Strong verbal communication skills, strong logical thinking. 

Sensitive to data and statistics 

Familiar with Microsoft Office (including MS Excel), have used at least one HR system 

Able to speak & read English Desired Skills 

Familiar with manufacturing environment C&B activities 

Have experience to work under matrix environment Soft Skills 

International & multi-culture communication & coordination ability 

Strong ownership 

Work independently by him/herself and work well within team group 

Good presentation and work under pressure
